Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our recycling, data destruction, and ITAD services.

What electronics can I drop off?

We accept computers, laptops, servers, monitors, tablets, phones, printers, networking equipment, and most business electronics. Call ahead for large-volume loads or unusual items.

Do you destroy hard drives and other storage media?

Yes. We offer NIST 800-88 certified software wipe (DoD 5220.22-M) and physical shredding for hard drives, SSDs, USB drives, and tape media. Every job receives a destruction certificate.

Are you HIPAA-compliant for healthcare clients?

Yes. Our chain-of-custody process and destruction certificates meet HIPAA requirements for PHI-containing equipment. We can sign a BAA for healthcare organizations.

Do you serve businesses, or just households?

Both. Households can drop off at either location free of charge for most items. Businesses receive per-item pricing, pickup scheduling, and full chain-of-custody documentation for audit purposes.

How do I get a quote for a large lot or ongoing service?
